Our kitchen celebrates the exceptional produce of Sri Lanka's highlands. Fresh vegetables from nearby farms, aromatic spices from local estates, and the finest Ceylon tea — every dish tells a story of provenance and passion.

Breakfast brings traditional Sri Lankan hoppers alongside continental favourites, while lunch is a relaxed affair on the verandah, overlooking the tea-carpeted valleys below.

An Intimate Candlelit Experience

As daylight fades over the tea hills, our timber-beamed dining room is transformed — flickering candlelight, crisp white linen, and a menu where European technique meets Sri Lankan flavour. It's an evening best lingered over.
